Refund policy

You acknowledge that the Products are manufactured specifically for each order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless otherwise communicated by us through the shop.prevision.surf platform for that specific order.

You acknowledge that the Products, once printed, may differ from the User Content displayed on screen, including due to how devices render colours. Any variation between on-screen User Content and the physical Product that is not caused by a printing error shall not be considered a defect.

If a defect is discovered — such as damage, incorrect quantity, or a quality issue not caused by the User Content — you must provide us with photographic or documentary evidence of the defect. If we do not receive a written complaint from you within 30 days after delivery, we shall not be liable for any defect.

If we confirm, or if you can substantiate, that a defect exists and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond our control, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the order or issue a refund for the defective Products.

The remedies described above are your sole remedies for any defective Product and exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any other remedies.
